Senior Full Stack Engineer
Nourish · San Francisco Bay Area, CA; Remote (US)
About the role
This is a Senior Full Stack Engineer opportunity with a Series C US digital health business offering dietitian-led, insurance-covered metabolic health care across all 50 states. The role sits on the core platform, owning major parts of the codebase and leading project delivery with product, design, engineering and analytics. Your focus depends on the pod you join: Growth, Consumer or Care Delivery. It reports to the pod’s Engineering Manager. You’ll design, build and ship product features while maintaining quality, improve the processes, tools and systems that let the codebase and team scale, and collaborate on data-driven experiments. You’ll contribute to estimation, planning and delivery of projects and integrations, maintain and improve the existing codebase, and write clean, well-tested, high-performance code. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years as a software engineer with user-facing product experience, and 3+ years with the stack or a strong willingness to cross-train. The stack is React, TypeScript, Node.js, React Native, Prisma and PostgreSQL. They will want end-to-end ownership across design, coding, testing and deployment. This is a hybrid position from the San Francisco office, with remote candidates also welcome, suited to an engineer who wants to build consumer healthcare products at pace. We're looking for someone curious, pragmatic, and eager to work across the stack with a small senior team. You'll own end-to-end delivery of major features, influence architecture, and mentor engineers.
