Data Scientist

About the role

This is a Data Scientist opportunity with a New York AI-powered network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers and biopharma to speed new treatments to patients. The role defines, predicts and drives the company’s core metrics, combining advanced analytical modelling with end-to-end ownership of strategic projects, and works directly with the CEO and leadership team. You’ll drive projects such as go-to-market analysis, prediction of workflow throughput and bottlenecks, and prototyping of AI models with engineering. You’ll build externally facing data products for key partners, take part in priority client engagements, and establish the core data sources and metrics that support real-time analysis across the company. Strong SQL and Python are the core tools. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in a quantitative field or 4+ years in an analytics-heavy, business-focused role, with strong SQL and Python and the ability to pick up new tools quickly. This is an in-person role at the company’s SoHo office in New York City, suited to a scientist who wants close exposure to leadership and the commercial side of the business. We're looking for someone curious, pragmatic, and eager to work across the stack with a small senior team. You'll own end-to-end delivery of major features, influence architecture, and mentor engineers.
