Full Stack Engineer

About the role

This is a Full Stack Developer opportunity with a New York virtual healthcare company whose mission is to make high-quality healthcare accessible to everyone, wherever they are. The role joins a team of five full-time engineers and works closely with the founder and CEO, who oversees product. The focus is iterating quickly on an early product so it can scale to more users, and the role may grow into leadership based on performance. You’ll work across front-end and back-end development, take part in or lead system architecture and DevOps decisions, attend daily standups and weekly sprint meetings, and deliver against an aggressive product roadmap. The posting names TypeScript and a modern tech stack. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of engineering experience at an early-stage, high-growth startup, with the preferred range 1 to 5 years, and experience with TypeScript. They will be resourceful, ownership-minded and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site role in New York City, in person four days a week, with no remote or hybrid option stated. Note that the posting dates from September 2025, so confirm it is still open. We're looking for someone curious, pragmatic, and eager to work across the stack with a small senior team. You'll own end-to-end delivery of major features, influence architecture, and mentor engineers.
