Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the role

This is a Senior Fullstack Engineer opportunity with a Series A US healthtech business whose AI platform gives hospitals end-to-end visibility into their supply chain, automating workflows and surfacing insights. The role builds the end-user features used by hospital supply chain teams, owning work from concept through to production across backend and frontend. You’ll design, build and maintain backend APIs and frontend components, iterate on customer feedback, write well-tested code across the stack, and work with product managers and customers on requirements. You’ll also take part in code reviews and architecture decisions. The stack is Python, React, TypeScript, REST APIs and SQL, with FastAPI and AWS as nice-to-haves. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ relevant experience, strong Python, strong experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, and strong React and TypeScript. Self-motivation, good problem-solving and clear communication are expected, and healthtech and startup experience would be advantageous. This is a fully remote US position, suited to a full stack engineer who wants to build software for hospital operations. We're looking for someone curious, pragmatic, and eager to work across the stack with a small senior team. You'll own end-to-end delivery of major features, influence architecture, and mentor engineers.
