Senior Analytics Engineer

About the role

This is a Senior Analytics Engineer opportunity with a growing New York AI platform for consumer packaged goods brands, running deductions, cash application, planning and finance in one system. The role owns the central data warehouse and analytics foundations. Note that this is a CPG finance business, not healthtech. You’ll build and maintain the warehouse and analytics infrastructure, design scalable data models for reporting, dashboards and customer-facing exports, and consolidate models into a single source of truth. You’ll set standards for modelling, testing, documentation, monitoring and governance, track lineage, and work with Engineering, Product, Operations and customer teams to define metrics. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8+ years building and operating modern data warehouses, strong SQL, experience with distributed data processing and performant ETL pipelines, and familiarity with Snowflake, dbt or similar. This is an on-site role in New York City with relocation support. We're looking for someone curious, pragmatic, and eager to work across the stack with a small senior team. You'll own end-to-end delivery of major features, influence architecture, and mentor engineers.
