Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

This is a Forward Deployed Engineer opportunity with an early-stage New York company building AI agents for healthcare front offices. The role owns customer implementations from scoping to go-live and writes production code. You’ll write production code for integrations, agent configuration and platform logic, own implementations including project plans, act as the primary technical contact for customers, monitor and tune agents in production, and feed field insights into the product roadmap. The work involves voice agent configuration and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of engineering experience shipping production systems while working with customers, and experience managing multi-workstream technical projects. Comfort leading architecture discussions with customer technical teams is expected. This is an in-person role in New York City. We're looking for someone curious, pragmatic, and eager to work across the stack with a small senior team. You'll own end-to-end delivery of major features, influence architecture, and mentor engineers.
