About the role

This is a Member of Technical Staff (Fullstack AI Engineer) opportunity with a Seed-stage New York company building AI agent software that helps pharmaceutical marketers plan campaigns and produce compliant, reference-backed content. It works with 50+ pharma brands. The posting is thin on detail, so confirm scope with the hiring team before submitting candidates. The role builds and maintains the agent platform, owns Python and FastAPI APIs and orchestration, and builds full-stack AI experiences for life sciences teams that create and review content. The wider stack includes React, Next.js, Redis, PostgreSQL, TypeScript and Datadog. Years of experience are not stated, so expect a strong product engineer who has shipped AI features. This is an on-site role in New York City. Note that the business sits in pharma marketing rather than provider-side healthtech. We're looking for someone curious, pragmatic, and eager to work across the stack with a small senior team. You'll own end-to-end delivery of major features, influence architecture, and mentor engineers.
