Full Stack Engineer

About the role

This is a Software Engineer (Full Stack) opportunity with a Seed-stage healthcare AI company building an agentic workflow platform for revenue cycle and administrative tasks. Engineers work directly with clients on billing workflows. You’ll build voice AI, browser agents and generative AI features, lead both zero-to-one and scale-up projects, and work directly with customers on their workflows. The posting does not name a stack. The ideal candidate will be a product-minded full-stack engineer with backend strength who can build LLM products, work hands-on with customers, communicate clearly and take initiative. Years of experience are not stated. This is an on-site role in New York City or the San Francisco Bay Area. We're looking for someone curious, pragmatic, and eager to work across the stack with a small senior team. You'll own end-to-end delivery of major features, influence architecture, and mentor engineers.
