Software Engineer, Integrations

About the role

This is a Software Engineer (Integrations) opportunity with a Seed-stage healthcare AI company building an agentic workflow platform for revenue cycle and administrative tasks. You’ll build and maintain integrations with healthcare practice management and EMR systems using APIs, RPA or agentic flows. Many target systems are remote-desktop or browser-based with strict security requirements. You’ll also build monitoring and observability and a repeatable framework for adding new integrations, working directly with clients. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of software engineering experience specifically in healthcare integrations, plus initiative and strong communication. This is an on-site role in New York City or the San Francisco Bay Area. We're looking for someone curious, pragmatic, and eager to work across the stack with a small senior team. You'll own end-to-end delivery of major features, influence architecture, and mentor engineers.
