Product Engineer

About the role

This is a Product Engineer opportunity with a Series A New York healthcare finance company building an AI-powered financial operating system for medical practices. You’ll build responsive React and TypeScript interfaces for complex financial workflows, own features end to end across the React frontend and FastAPI backend, build dashboards, analytics visualisations, workflow tools and AI copilot interfaces, and improve the design system and frontend architecture. You’ll help shape the product vision and technical roadmap. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in full-stack or frontend engineering, deep React and TypeScript, experience building polished, accessible UIs, FastAPI or a similar Python framework, and CI/CD experience with tools such as GitHub Actions. Healthcare data or operational workflow tools would be advantageous. This is an on-site role in New York City, three days a week in the office. We're looking for someone curious, pragmatic, and eager to work across the stack with a small senior team. You'll own end-to-end delivery of major features, influence architecture, and mentor engineers.
