Solutions Architect

About the role

This is a Technical Solutions Architect opportunity with a Series B New York company building AI software that reduces healthcare administrative work for clinicians, with large enterprise customers. It is a technical program leadership role in a fast-moving team of about 10 engineers, helping build a deployment and solutions practice that scales from around 5 customers to 50. You’ll design and drive end-to-end solutions for enterprise customers from scoping to delivery, coordinate engineering, product, clinical and customer teams, spot dependencies and blockers early, build lightweight programme management, work with customers’ technical teams on integrations and timelines, and lead incident response coordination and postmortems. The ideal candidate will have owned complex technical programmes end to end, with a background as a technical programme manager, solutions architect or technical deployment lead at a scale-up or high-growth startup. Years of experience are not stated, and writing production code is not required, but you need to read design docs and understand deployment pipelines. Familiarity with Python, Go, TypeScript, React and AWS helps. This is an on-site role in New York City. We're looking for someone curious, pragmatic, and eager to work across the stack with a small senior team. You'll own end-to-end delivery of major features, influence architecture, and mentor engineers.
