Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

This is a Forward Deployed Engineer (AI Solutions) opportunity with a New York based fintech company serving physician practices. You’ll sit between customers and the engineering team, turning practice workflows into working AI-driven solutions. You’ll scope customer needs, build and implement integrations, configure AI solutions in live environments, and feed what you learn back to product and engineering. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in solutions engineering, implementation or similar customer-facing technical work. EHR integration experience is strongly preferred. The role is hybrid in NYC, four days in the office with Wednesdays remote. We're looking for someone curious, pragmatic, and eager to work across the stack with a small senior team. You'll own end-to-end delivery of major features, influence architecture, and mentor engineers.

• Ship customer-facing features on a weekly cadence.
• Partner with design and product on scoping and trade-offs.
• Drive technical quality through review, testing, and docs.
• Mentor one or two engineers on your team.
