Software Engineer

About the role

This is a Software Engineer opportunity with a Series A healthtech company building AI hospital staffing and scheduling software. You’ll work across the product, with real impact from day one. You’ll build features end to end with React, TypeScript and Vite on the front, and Node.js, NestJS and Postgres on AWS at the back. The ideal candidate will have strong full stack experience on a modern TypeScript stack and enjoys working in a small, fast team. The role is hybrid in Manhattan, two days a week in the office. Visa sponsorship is not available. We're looking for someone curious, pragmatic, and eager to work across the stack with a small senior team. You'll own end-to-end delivery of major features, influence architecture, and mentor engineers.

What you'll do

• Ship customer-facing features on a weekly cadence.
• Partner with design and product on scoping and trade-offs.
• Drive technical quality through review, testing, and docs.
• Mentor one or two engineers on your team.
