About the role
This is a Software Engineer (Integrations) opportunity with a Series A healthtech company building AI hospital staffing and scheduling software. You’ll own the connections between the platform and the systems hospitals already run on. You’ll build and maintain integrations with workforce and HR platforms such as UKG, Symplr, Workday and ADP, handle messy data and edge cases, and keep syncs reliable. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience building third party integrations and APIs. The role is based in New York or remote. We're looking for someone curious, pragmatic, and eager to work across the stack with a small senior team. You'll own end-to-end delivery of major features, influence architecture, and mentor engineers.
What you'll do
- Ship customer-facing features on a weekly cadence.
- Partner with design and product on scoping and trade-offs.
- Drive technical quality through review, testing, and docs.
- Mentor one or two engineers on your team.
