Senior Data Engineer

About the role

This is a Senior Data Engineer opportunity with a Series B healthtech company behind an ONC-certified EHR used by around 40,000 providers. You’ll build the data foundations behind analytics and product features. You’ll work with Snowflake, Postgres, Terraform, dbt, Kafka and Debezium, use Ruby where needed, and build secure, HIPAA-compliant pipelines with row-level security. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of data engineering experience in a regulated environment. The role is remote within the US. Visa sponsorship is not available. We're looking for someone curious, pragmatic, and eager to work across the stack with a small senior team. You'll own end-to-end delivery of major features, influence architecture, and mentor engineers.

• Ship customer-facing features on a weekly cadence.
• Partner with design and product on scoping and trade-offs.
• Drive technical quality through review, testing, and docs.
• Mentor one or two engineers on your team.
