Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

This is a Senior Software Engineer (Ruby/Full-Stack) opportunity with a Series B healthtech company behind an ONC-certified EHR used by around 40,000 providers. You’ll build core features across a mature Rails application. You’ll work across Rails, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Postgres and Redis, ship end to end, and help raise engineering quality. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience, with strong Ruby on Rails depth. The role is hybrid in NYC or LA. Visa sponsorship is not available. We're looking for someone curious, pragmatic, and eager to work across the stack with a small senior team. You'll own end-to-end delivery of major features, influence architecture, and mentor engineers.

• Ship customer-facing features on a weekly cadence.
• Partner with design and product on scoping and trade-offs.
• Drive technical quality through review, testing, and docs.
• Mentor one or two engineers on your team.
