About the role
This is a Staff Engineer (New Products) opportunity with a Series B healthtech company behind an ONC-certified EHR used by around 40,000 providers. You’ll lead the build of new, AI-led products from the ground up. You’ll own technical direction on new product lines, put AI and ML into production, and work closely with product leadership on what to build next. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of engineering experience including production AI/ML work. The role is remote within the US. Visa sponsorship is not available. We're looking for someone curious, pragmatic, and eager to work across the stack with a small senior team. You'll own end-to-end delivery of major features, influence architecture, and mentor engineers.
What you'll do
- Ship customer-facing features on a weekly cadence.
- Partner with design and product on scoping and trade-offs.
- Drive technical quality through review, testing, and docs.
- Mentor one or two engineers on your team.
