About the role
This is a Senior Software Engineer opportunity with a Series B healthtech company building an EHR for psychiatry, used by 800+ practices. You’ll build core product used daily by clinicians. You’ll work full stack across TypeScript, Node, React and Postgres on AWS ECS, and take 0-to-1 projects from idea to launch. Daily use of AI coding tools is part of how the team works. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of full stack experience, including 0-to-1 work. The role is remote within the US. We're looking for someone curious, pragmatic, and eager to work across the stack with a small senior team. You'll own end-to-end delivery of major features, influence architecture, and mentor engineers.

- Ship customer-facing features on a weekly cadence.
- Partner with design and product on scoping and trade-offs.
- Drive technical quality through review, testing, and docs.
- Mentor one or two engineers on your team.
