Lead Product Engineer

About the role

This is a Product Engineering Lead opportunity with a remote cardiac care company. You’ll sit between product and engineering and drive what gets built and shipped. You’ll partner with clinical and product stakeholders, shape priorities, and stay hands-on across a stack that includes Rails, Go, PHP, GraphQL, TypeScript, React and Flutter. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years as a technical product manager or tech lead. The role is based in the Tribeca office in New York, at least two days a week. We're looking for someone curious, pragmatic, and eager to work across the stack with a small senior team. You'll own end-to-end delivery of major features, influence architecture, and mentor engineers.

What you'll do

• Ship customer-facing features on a weekly cadence.
• Partner with design and product on scoping and trade-offs.
• Drive technical quality through review, testing, and docs.
• Mentor one or two engineers on your team.
