About the role
This is a Staff Software Engineer (Fullstack) opportunity with a Seed stage New York healthtech company automating provider credentialing, verification and enrollment. You’ll set the technical foundation as the company scales. You’ll lead architecture, build core workflow systems across the stack, and help hire and mentor the next engineers. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with distributed or workflow-driven SaaS and a record of technical ownership. The role is in-office in NYC. We're looking for someone curious, pragmatic, and eager to work across the stack with a small senior team. You'll own end-to-end delivery of major features, influence architecture, and mentor engineers.

- Ship customer-facing features on a weekly cadence.
- Partner with design and product on scoping and trade-offs.
- Drive technical quality through review, testing, and docs.
- Mentor one or two engineers on your team.
