Senior Software Engineer

About the role

This is a Senior Software Engineer opportunity with a Series C healthtech company modernising revenue cycle management. You’ll build core systems that move claims and payments through a complex healthcare process. You’ll work across Python, Postgres, Docker, Kubernetes, React and TypeScript on GCP, with Auth0 and Terraform in the mix, and take real ownership of services. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of software engineering experience and strong backend depth. The role is based in NYC or San Francisco. We're looking for someone curious, pragmatic, and eager to work across the stack with a small senior team. You'll own end-to-end delivery of major features, influence architecture, and mentor engineers.

• Ship customer-facing features on a weekly cadence.
• Partner with design and product on scoping and trade-offs.
• Drive technical quality through review, testing, and docs.
• Mentor one or two engineers on your team.
