About the role
This is a Senior AI/ML Engineer opportunity with a Series C healthtech company modernising revenue cycle management. You’ll build AI systems that automate claim submission and resubmission. You’ll design and ship ML and LLM-driven workflows, work with BigQuery on GCP, and measure impact on payment outcomes. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of software experience and 5+ years working with AI. The role is based in NYC or San Francisco. We're looking for someone curious, pragmatic, and eager to work across the stack with a small senior team. You'll own end-to-end delivery of major features, influence architecture, and mentor engineers.

- Partner with design and product on scoping and trade-offs.
- Drive technical quality through review, testing, and docs.
