About the role
This is a Senior DevOps Engineer opportunity with a Series E AI company building agents for housing and healthcare. You’ll run the infrastructure behind a fast-growing AI product. You’ll work with AWS, Terraform, Python and GitHub Actions, improve reliability and deployment speed, and support the engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of DevOps or infrastructure experience. The role is in-office in NYC, four to five days a week, with relocation support offered. We're looking for someone curious, pragmatic, and eager to work across the stack with a small senior team. You'll own end-to-end delivery of major features, influence architecture, and mentor engineers.
What you'll do
- Ship customer-facing features on a weekly cadence.
- Partner with design and product on scoping and trade-offs.
- Drive technical quality through review, testing, and docs.
- Mentor one or two engineers on your team.
