About the role
This is an AI Solutions Architect opportunity with a Seed stage company building AI engagement tools for pharma and healthcare professionals. You’ll design how AI is applied to real customer workflows. You’ll build with LangChain and LlamaIndex, and integrate with Salesforce and data lakes. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in product or 2+ years of applied engineering. The role is based in New York, Atlanta or remote within the US. We're looking for someone curious, pragmatic, and eager to work across the stack with a small senior team. You'll own end-to-end delivery of major features, influence architecture, and mentor engineers.
What you'll do
- Ship customer-facing features on a weekly cadence.
- Partner with design and product on scoping and trade-offs.
- Drive technical quality through review, testing, and docs.
- Mentor one or two engineers on your team.
