Solutions Architect

About the role

This is a Product Solutions Architect opportunity with a Seed stage company building AI engagement tools for pharma and healthcare professionals. You’ll sit between customers and engineering, shaping how the product fits real workflows. You’ll scope customer needs, design solutions on the platform, and translate what you hear into clear technical requirements for the team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical depth and comfort working with customers. The role is based in New York or remote within the US. We're looking for someone curious, pragmatic, and eager to work across the stack with a small senior team. You'll own end-to-end delivery of major features, influence architecture, and mentor engineers.

What you'll do

• Ship customer-facing features on a weekly cadence.
• Partner with design and product on scoping and trade-offs.
• Drive technical quality through review, testing, and docs.
• Mentor one or two engineers on your team.
