About the role
This is a Software Engineer (Data Integration) opportunity with a remote US clinical AI company building decision support for hospitals. You’ll connect the platform to the clinical systems it learns from. You’ll work with HL7 and FHIR, Python, PostgreSQL and MySQL on AWS and Azure, and bring LLMs into integration workflows. The ideal candidate will have integration or data engineering experience, ideally with healthcare data standards. The role is remote within the US. We're looking for someone curious, pragmatic, and eager to work across the stack with a small senior team. You'll own end-to-end delivery of major features, influence architecture, and mentor engineers.

- Ship customer-facing features on a weekly cadence.
- Partner with design and product on scoping and trade-offs.
- Drive technical quality through review, testing, and docs.
- Mentor one or two engineers on your team.
