Description

This is an Analytics Engineering Manager opportunity with a Series C US digital health business offering dietitian-led, insurance-covered metabolic health care across all 50 states. The role leads a team of analytics engineers across supply and demand, marketing and operations, and partners with leadership on key business questions. It combines analytics engineering, business insight and people management. You’ll lead, develop and plan the work of the team and help hire, define and deliver the analytics roadmap across data modelling, BI and AI-enabled analytics, and lead analyses of ambiguous problems for senior stakeholders. You’ll work with Engineering to validate and optimise pipelines and keep a single source of truth, and build a data-first culture with clear documentation. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ analytics experience owning work end to end at a fast-paced, high-growth company, plus 2+ years of leadership experience including setting technical direction. Strong SQL, hands-on dbt and Fivetran, and a solid grasp of data modelling and infrastructure are expected, along with the ability to turn ambiguous requests into structured roadmaps. The role is based in New York, with the Data team in the office two to three days a week, and suits a manager who wants to build a team as well as the analytics it delivers.
