Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a Forward Deployed Engineer (AI Solutions) opportunity with a New York based fintech company serving physician practices. You’ll sit between customers and the engineering team, turning practice workflows into working AI-driven solutions. You’ll scope customer needs, build and implement integrations, configure AI solutions in live environments, and feed what you learn back to product and engineering. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in solutions engineering, implementation or similar customer-facing technical work. EHR integration experience is strongly preferred. The role is hybrid in NYC, four days in the office with Wednesdays remote.
