Description
This is a Forward Deployed Engineer opportunity with a Series B healthtech company behind an ONC-certified EHR used by around 40,000 providers. You’ll work directly with customers to solve hard technical problems on the platform. You’ll scope and build custom solutions and integrations, debug complex customer cases, and bring what you hear in the field back to the product team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles. The role is hybrid in NYC. Visa sponsorship is not available.
