Engineering Manager, Machine Learning

This is an Engineering Manager (Machine Learning) opportunity with a Series A healthtech company using LLMs to automate clinical chart abstraction. You’ll lead the ML team behind the core product. You’ll manage and hire ML engineers and scientists, set technical direction, and ship production LLM systems in a regulated setting. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of ML experience, 2+ years in technical leadership and 1+ year managing people. The role is hybrid, 2 to 3 days a week in NYC or Boston.
