Description
This is a Forward Deployed Software Engineer opportunity with a Series C healthtech company modernising revenue cycle management. You’ll work with customers to build AI and ML automation into their billing workflows. You’ll scope customer problems, build automation on top of the platform, and feed what you learn back into the core product. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of software engineering experience, including customer-facing or AI/ML automation work. The role is based in NYC or San Francisco.
