Senior Research Scientist

This is a Senior Research Scientist opportunity with a Series E AI company building agents for housing and healthcare, backed by a16z. You’ll push the models behind real conversations at scale. You’ll run research on language and voice models, take results into production, and work with engineers on evaluation. The ideal candidate will have a PhD and 5+ years of research experience. The role is in-office in San Francisco, four to five days a week, with relocation support offered.
