Director, AI Automation Engineering

This is a Director of AI Automation Engineering opportunity with a Seed stage company building AI engagement tools for pharma and healthcare professionals. You’ll be the first hire in this function, with real scope to shape it. You’ll build AI evaluation and release-gating infrastructure, set standards, and report to the SVP of Product AI. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of engineering experience and has built AI systems with strong testing in place. The role is based in New York, Atlanta or remote within the US.
