Software Engineer, Application Integration

This is a Software Engineer (Application Integration) opportunity with a remote US clinical AI company building decision support for hospitals. You’ll build the application layer that fits into clinical workflows. You’ll work with React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, MySQL and FHIR on AWS and Azure, and use LLMs in the product. The ideal candidate will have full stack experience, ideally with healthcare integrations. The role is remote within the US.
